Terms and Conditions

All of the below terms and conditions are valid for any treatment, service, workshop or course you book with the Happy Witch, unless specified otherwise.

Booking ahead is highly recommended to avoid any disappointments. Walk-in sessions may be available, but are not guaranteed.

All services are aimed at over 18 year olds only. Reiki and Tarot readings may be provided for minors with consent from a guardian.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING

When booking in advance, I take a deposit, and the rest of the balance will be payable after the treatment has been completed.

The Client will be able to reschedule their treatment as many times as they need to, but they must give at least 24 hours of notice. If enough notice is given, the deposit remains secured and carried forward to the rescheduled appointment.

If notice is not given before at least 24 hours, I will retain the deposit. The Client will be able to book a new appointment, but will need to pay a new deposit.

I reserve the right to decline services where I believe it is not in the client’s best interest to move forward. In this case, the deposit will be returned in full.

GDPR

Before the start of their appointment, the Client will need to fill out a form with contact details. This is for my records only, I do not pass this information on to any third parties, neither do I use it for marketing purposes.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is responsible to provide accurate and honest information when booking any service.

The Client is responsible for seeking medical opinion before making any changes to their lifestyle. Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment.

After Reiki and Regression treatments it is normal to experience temporary symptoms, such as emotional relief, mild lightheadedness, mild nausea. If these symptoms are not fading in a couple of days, or cause significant distress, the Client is responsible to seek medical advice, as their symptoms might not be related to their treatment at all.

The Client is responsible to arrive in a good physical and mental condition. I reserve the right to decline treatment if the Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Past life regression hypnotherapy requires a good mental health state from the Client. I reserve the right to decline treatment if I believe it is not in the best interest of the client.

TAROT

The Client understands that their life and their decisions are their own responsibility. The cards can not tell them what to do, their choices remain their own. Tarot reading is for entertainment purposes only.

I do not read on health questions. I am not medically trained, and so I am not in the position to diagnose anything or prescribe any kind of treatment. I am not a financial advisor, and do not accept responsibility for any decisions the Client may make based on their reading. The Client understands these points and gives consent to the reading.
